How It Works

If you're ready to immortalize your pet with a custom portrait, here's how it works:

1. On the order page, select the product you want and complete the order through Paypal. You'll have the chance to add notes during the Paypal process or later on.

2. When you receive your order notification/receipt, send me an email with some images of your pet. For best results, include multiple photos taken at different angles. Close-up, in-focus photos are best. Also include any notes or images about additional details--a special toy, costume, or something else that will enhance the image.

Note: Most things are included, but if something is complicated and requires extra time, I will inform you of any additional cost in advance.

3. Once your photos and payment have been received, I will get right to work. Based on the personality of the images and any requests from you, I will select a style to suit your pet's portrait.

4. You should hear from me within a day and will see previews within two business days or so. When you receive your preview, please let me know as soon as possible if there's anything you would like to be changed.

5. Once alterations are received, the final piece will be completed within two to five business days. I will send you a digital file and the original art.

What You Receive

» High-resolution file (via download link) for web use and printing.
» Original unframed art on archival watercolor paper or illustration board. Note: This is original art, not a digital print!
» Delivery via First Class Mail (ask about Priority or Express Mail).
